ABOUT US - G.I. Memories has been in existence since 1995 and is owned and managed by an Air Force family that has traveled much of the world. Our interest in military memorabilia began as a pastime while on a remote tour in 1978 and has not dimmed over the years. We are still looking for unique items for collectors and the military and veterans we represent - past, present and future. We are constantly seeking unique and collectible patches from United States military units from all eras.
ORDERING - We utilize PayPal (no, you do not need to have a PayPal account) for our shopping cart because it is the most flexible in accepting different payment methods. We currently accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and will add other payment methods as they become available.
SHIPPING AND POSTAGE - We mail completed orders within 1 to 2 business days by the most economical method available. PLEASE NOTE that we do NOT ship outside of the United States (except to APO/FPO). There may be adjustments to our shipping rates whenever the US Postal Service makes a change (which we have no control over). Currently our rates are: $0.01 to $9.99 - $5.00 | $10.00 to $49.99 - $6.50 | $50.00 and Up - FREE
RETURNS - We do NOT accept returns on clothing of any kind, including hats. Shipping charges and sale (closeout) merchandise are also NOT refundable. On the other hand if you receive a broken item (rough postal handling) we will replace it at no charge within 30 days of invoice.
LOYAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNT - IMPORTANT! - Those who register their account with a password will automatically receive an extra 2% off of every product, including sale and closeout items, on future orders. Once you register your account, the discount will apply forever. This discount is coupled with any other special promotion we offer.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS - Throughout the year we may offer special discounts or coupons in honor of a specific event such as Armed Forces Day or Veterans Day. Look for them and take advantage of the extra savings.
